INSIDE IARC- DAWN GEROLD

Dawn has been a part of the IARC family since she carried twins as a surrogate in 2013. She then joined the team as a Surrogate Coordinator and quickly became an integral member of our team. She is passionate about helping people and it shows everyday as she helps other women to learn about surrogacy and become surrogates themselves. IARC is lucky to have her as part of our family!

Have a coworker describe you.

Lead Surrogate Coordinator Callah had this to say about Dawn:

A few words that come to mind when I think of Dawn would include authentic, proficient, loyal, enlightened, and hilarious. She works hard and is not afraid to take new challenges. She is fierce and clever, but also light-hearted at the perfect times. She is giving by nature which really allows her to connect with people, the perfect person to educate and guide new surrogates through the screening process. The addition of Dawn has brought our team to the next level; we are lucky to have her!
