Inside IARC: Kim Post

Kim Post (aka KLP, Kimmy, and Her to those of us here at the office) is our Lead Program Coordinator and has been a part of the IARC family since 2008. Ten years! She supports our Program Coordination team and our parents and surrogates who are mid-process with literally any and all situations that come up day-to-day.
Why do you love working for IARC? My colleagues are my friends.
Have a co-worker describe you. Program Coordinator Kayla had this to say about Kim:
“If I had to describe Kim in one word I would find a genie, rub his lamp and use one of my three wishes to ask for more words. Kim is goofy, lighthearted, caring, creative, honest, intuitive and quick on her feet. She is constantly making people laugh, smile and blush – even when they are not in the mood. She is very good at identifying individual strengths and helping others to see those strengths within themselves. Kim isn’t the ‘lovey dovey’ type so I’m sure she will find this all a bit ‘cheesy’ but that won’t stop her from appreciating the meaning.”
Three things I would struggle to live without are………friends, family and lip gloss and lotion (sorry I need lotion too)
Share a fun fact about yourself. I love tomatoes and Kimchi.
Who or what inspires you? My children and family inspire me every day.
If you could do someone else’s job in IARC for a day, who would it be and why? The coffee machine. It brings happiness and joy to the office all day long.
That’s our Kim! Creative, loyal, dedicated, hard-working, crazy smart, and FUN! Thank you for being here with us all these years and sharing in our passion to create loving families!
