INSIDE IARC- MORGANE NETZLOFF
Morgane has been a Program Coordinator with IARC since 2017. Originally from France, she is our French speaker. It never ceases to amaze her seeing how we can help build families all over the world. She feels blessed to have her husband and 2 boys and we are blessed to have her!
Have a coworker describe you.
Program Krista had this to say about Morgane:
Morgane is caring, compassionate, witty and a really generous person who has a HUGE heart of gold. She is always ready to help and support others and tackle different tasks around the office. She is truly a Wonder Woman with endless energy! Morgane is an amazing coordinator who loves what she does and cares about everyone she works with. I’m lucky to have her as my office roomie (and friend) and I can honestly say that having her sit next to me makes me enjoy every day in the office even more. She is awesomesauce and we would definitely be lost without her.
What is the best part about your job or why you love working for IARC?
Creating amazing relationships with surrogates and intended parents while playing as small part in their life changing journey.
Share a fun fact about yourself.
I was born with a skin condition on my hands and feet and I don’t have fingerprints. Always a fun time when travelling internationally or dealing with immigration!
Is there an IP or SU story that motivates you in your work? You don’t have to name names, but tell us a little about them.
All of them motivate me, but one particular set of Intended Parents went through so much (9 miscarriages, multiple failed IVF cycles, 3 surrogates…), it really broke my heart. I have been their program coordinator for more than two years now and they are finally expecting a baby in August thanks to one of our amazing surrogates ❤
Who or what inspires you?
The women in my life inspire me. My mom, my grandma, my sister, my friends, my colleagues, the surrogates I work with, all of them really! Each and every one of them is beautifully unique and needs to be celebrated on a daily basis.
When not in the office, you can find me…………….
Home with my men or enjoying a nature walk.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I actually studied to become an English teacher in France. Oopsies! Best fail of my life ?
